You'll find 1 or 0 after each link. 1 is you like it, 0 is you don't.

Btw, if you delete that file, SU still has your thumbs registered, they just won't show up on your toolbar (on the computer and profile wherein the file resides), as thumbs up or down when you revisit a rated page.

Likewise, manually adding sites to that list won't affect their status in the SU database.

Yes, your stumbleratings file can be unsynchronized with the SU database. If you find a page in your favourites or disliked that you want to remove your rating and the thumb up or down doesn't appear to be green or red when your your visit this page (it's not included in your stumbleratings file), you just have to thumb it again, the un-thumb it.
