This greasemonkey script allows you to use the left and right arrow keys to change the page on the groups thread listings and in threads themselves.

e.g. It works here: su-extensibility.group.stumbleupon.com/forum/ and here: su-extensibility.group.stumbleupon.com/forum/92244/

Obviously, it only works where there is more than one page.

Updated! Now you can use the arrow keys in the text boxes without it changing page. Which is kinda nice ;)
